However, not every eBay auction meets the reserve and yet sometimes does sell so eBay feedback is not possible.  Other machines are sold from the website and people visiting the shop.  There are also satisfied customers that had us repair their machines.  Therefore, here is some feedback from those that could not leave feedback through a venue like eBay.

10/18/01 - Brian bought a Cirqus Votaire pinball from us.  He was very worried that it would not be as described because he had been burned by getting machines that were not as nice as described twice before.  He was very pleased with our machine.

10/20/01 - Ike bought a Time Warp pinball from us and drove from La. to pick it up.

We enjoyed meeting David and he was very helpful and friendly. I think he used about half a
roll of "shrink wrap". Man, I don't think a hurricane could've penetrated
it by the time he got done with wrapping the machine. :)   We got it all unloaded and set up. We found the books inside and it is working great. I really appreciate your company's honesty and help. It is all too rare to deal with people you can trust these days. Interestingly,
we stopped at a Wendy's soon after we left your place and someone tried to
buy the pin from the back of the pickup! I gave him ya'll's number and told

1/14/02 - James had us repair his Water World Pinball Machine

5/17/02 - Rich purchased a Golden Tee Fore 2002.  He needed a new leg lever.  We ordered them free of charge for him and it took a while for them to get to us.  He wasn't expecting to get them, but was pleased when he did.

8/1/02 - Brady bought a High Speed Pinball from us and it was his first pinball purchase.  The machine was damaged in shipping (the only one we've ever had damaged and we no longer use that carrier).  He was a bit nervous about not getting any help from us because of the distance between us (TX to NJ).  We bought him a new headglass within 2 weeks and reimbursed him for a new playfield glass as soon as we got the claim back from the shippers.  We got the claim submitted in 44 days.  He's a happy customer and his wife is even wanting him to get another machine.
